About the Holiday Stress Help Day:

Through a cooperative effort between Psinergy Natural Health & Holistic Wellness and Shen-Men ~a Healing Arts Collaborative, we are excited to be able to offer extremely affordable Complementary & Alternative Medicine options to help release stress from the Holiday season!

We will be focusing on therapies during this event that help reduce stress and conflicts, and increase relaxation.

We are offering "appointments" on a first come - first serve basis on this day... so come early! Each session should last approximately 15 to 20 minutes. We also will be offering Acupuncture and No-Needle options at this event!
