(Information), and Spirit (Energy), and realigning into a wholeness of
these 3 aspects of our being through
Esogetics Sound Therapies and
Meditation.
This program is designed to activate and optimize brain, body and spirit
functions, and help to bring in the "Bardo" information, open Kundalini
energy & more!
Weekly Meditation Focus
First Week of the Month = Brain Harmonizing / Psychosomatic Balance - or - Sleep Disorders (GREAT Stress Releaser)
Second Week of the Month = Mind / Information (Sensibility / Perception and Consciousness)
Third Week of the Month = Body / Matter (Elimination and Detoxification / Activation of Cellular Communication)
Fourth Week of the Month = Spirit / Energy (Sensitivity / Feeling and Intuition)
Fifth Week of the Month (*if there is one) = Random
What to Bring
Yoga Matt or Pillow, otherwise you will need to sit/lay on floor (depending on space). There are some chairs available if you would like to sit.

SchaOn has studied Esogetics since early 2008. Esogetics Colorpuncture utilizes specific frequencies believed to enhance and correct the biophotonic communication of the mind, body and spirit through the use of light, specifically cut Swarovski crystals, as well as through sound and sacred geometry.
